Summer's Finale (257/366)

I finally got home tonight at a reasonable hour and despite the wicked blister I am now sporting on the bottom of my right foot, I got out and did some shooting today.

We still have lovely color in the garden and despite a few flowers that didn't make it.  These are one of the few final blooms of our Blanket flowers and I hope that next year these get a lot bigger than they did this year.

So here's to the final week of Summer.  It was grand and we are already looking forward to our time together next year!

And I can tell you my love for you will still be strong, after the boys of Summer are gone.
